WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our point of sale systems makes it quick and easy for you to pay with cards, taps or swipes. We accept all major cards. We also accept cash. Sorry we don't accept checks.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Free parking is on both side of the street as well as free parking areas next to Dretzka's Department Store and Jen's Sweet Treats.

WHAT IF I AM NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH MY HAIRCUT?

If you are not happy or something just isn't quit right with your cut, please contact us within 3 days after your service, and we will do are best to satisfy you.

HOW CAN I HAVE THE SERVICES I WANT WHEN I WANT THEM?

The best way is to book online. We do are best to take walk in's when we can. Appointments will always have priority over walk-ins and will never be rushed because someone walked in without an appointment.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING MORE THEN 5 MINUTES LATE?

If your running late please call and let us know. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we may or may not need to reschedule your appointment. We do our best to stay on time for everyone and appreciate when you do the same for us.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be cancelled online at anytime up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment within the 2 hour window, please call Sullivan's to notify your barber.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Rescheduling a service can be done online anytime up to two hours before the scheduled appointment.  Our online booking tool does not allow for rescheduling within 2 hours of original appointment time.  Please call Sullivan's for assistance if within the 2 hour window.

DOES SULLIVAN'S HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do have Sullivan's branded gift cards available at no extra cost. These reusable cards make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.
