APPOINTMENT POLICIES

 

MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT:

If you are running late, please call and let us know.  If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we may or may not need to reschedule your appointment.  We do our best to stay on time for everyone and appreciate when you do the same for us.

NO SHOWS OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

Missed appointments could result in the cost of a full service price, to be paid in full prior to their next scheduled services.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Rescheduling a service can be done online anytime up to two hours before the scheduled appointment.  Our online booking tool does not allow for rescheduling within 2 hours of original appointment time.  Please call Sullivan's for assistance if within the 2 hour window.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be cancelled online at anytime up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment within the 2 hour window, please call Sullivan's to notify your barber.
