Appointment Policies

More Than 5 Minutes Late for an Appointment

If you are running late, please call and let us know. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we may or may not need to reschedule your appointment. We do our best to stay on time for everyone and appreciate when you do the same for us.

No Shows or Missed Appointments

Missed appointments could result in the cost of a full service price, to be paid in full prior to their next scheduled services.

What if I Need to Reschedule an Appointment?

Rescheduling a service can be done online at  anytime up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment .Our online booking tool does not allow for rescheduling after 24 hours of the original appointment time. Please  note you will be charged if cancelling after 24 hours. If you need further assistance please call Sullivan's.
